Dolphin Stair Lifts was formed in 1988 in Dorset by two experienced stair lift engineers, Rob Edwards and John Austin – both former managers of the world's leading stairlift manufacturer.
Responding to increasing demand, in 1990 the first Dolphin Stairlifts franchise was established, covering London and the South-East. Initially based in Harrow, Middlesex, Dolphin Stairlifts (London), was incorporated as Dolphin Mobility Ltd. in 1996, and continue to trade from premises in Chobham, Surrey, (between Camberley and Woking ). Our proximity to the M25 enables us to provide excellent local service throughout the South-East.
Over the years, Dolphin Stair Lifts have established themselves as the leading independent supplier of stair lifts to both private individuals and local authorities. We are approved suppliers to most local authorities in the region. Dolphin Stair Lifts have more branches than any other stairlift company in the UK and Ireland.
